Dr. Mandl's lab is located in the Bellini Life Sciences Complex, which sits halfway up what her trainees argue is the tallest mountain in North America. Her lab shares a space with seven other core members of the McGill Research Centre on Complex Traits, a multidisciplinary centre aimed at understanding the genetic and molecular underpinnings of immune-related diseases.
